- Usage Data — credit balance, API request timestamps

Your data is used exclusively to:
- Provide the AgentPhone API service
- Place and manage outbound phone calls
- Generate call transcripts, summaries, and outcome data
- Process payments and manage credits
- Ensure secure authentication and access
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or AI model training purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on secure, US-based servers (Supabase). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Third-Party Services
We utilize third-party services to power AgentPhone functionality:
- Vapi — voice AI provider for placing and handling calls
- OpenAI / Anthropic — language models for conversation and analysis
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — authentication and database
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. No personal data is shared with third parties for advertising or promotional purposes.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request deletion of your data
- Request a copy of your data
- Correct any inaccurate information
