AgentPhone provides an API that enables AI agents to place outbound phone calls, handle conversations with voice AI, and return structured results including transcripts, summaries, and outcome classification.

2. Account Registration

To use AgentPhone, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and API keys.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AgentPhone to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Place spam calls or robocalls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Payment and Credits

AgentPhone operates on a credit-based system:

• 1 credit = 1 outbound phone call
• Credits are purchased via one-time payments
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-refundable once used

5. Intellectual Property

AgentPhone and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Pure Labs Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AgentPhone is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of AgentPhone.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AgentPhone at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the dashboard or by email. Your continued use of AgentPhone after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
